The short version: your inputs stay on your device. This page explains exactly what that means and what little we do collect.
Last updated 6 September 2026
All mathematical calculations and PDF generations happen locally in your web browser. VendorDesk does not transmit, save, or store your financial inputs, client names, or packaging dimensions on any server.
1. Who we are
This website, VendorDesk.tools (“VendorDesk”, “we”, “us”), is an independent collection of browser-based utilities for businesses and designers. You can contact us at support@himmerz.com.
2. Data you enter into our tools
Our tools — including the Paper Bag Dieline Generator and the Bill of Supply Generator — are implemented entirely as client-side JavaScript. When you type dimensions, business details, client details, item descriptions or amounts, that information is processed by your own browser to draw the preview, calculate results and build the SVG, PNG or PDF file you download.
- Your inputs are not sent to VendorDesk, our hosting provider, or any third party.
- We have no database of user inputs and no accounts, because none are needed.
- Files you download are created in your browser’s memory and saved directly to your device.
3. Information stored on your device
To make the tools more convenient, some pages use your browser’s local storage to remember settings on your own device, for example:
- Your light or dark theme preference.
- The last dimensions and options you used in the dieline generator.
- A draft of your Bill of Supply so you can return to it later, if you choose to keep drafts.
This data never leaves your browser and is not visible to us. You can delete it at any time using the “Reset” or “Clear draft” controls on the tool pages, or by clearing your browser’s site data for this website.
4. Server logs
Like virtually every website, the infrastructure that serves our static files may automatically record standard technical information about requests — such as the page requested, the date and time, your IP address, browser type and referring page — for security, abuse prevention and capacity planning. These logs are not linked to any tool inputs (which, again, are never transmitted) and are retained only for as long as the hosting provider’s standard retention period.
5. Cookies and advertising
VendorDesk itself does not set tracking cookies. To keep the tools free, we may display advertising provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. Where advertising is shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Any advertising is served in separate page areas and has no access to the contents of the tools or the data you enter into them.
6. Analytics
We do not run analytics or session-recording scripts on the tool inputs. If we introduce privacy-respecting, aggregate page-view analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
7. Email
If you write to us, we will use your email address and message solely to reply to you. Our contact form opens your own email application; it does not submit anything to our servers.
8. Children
VendorDesk is a business utility and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your rights
Because we do not hold your tool data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf — it is already under your control on your own device. For anything relating to email correspondence or server logs, you can contact us at support@himmerz.com and we will respond in line with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do, and material changes will be summarised here.
